Cards are printed using Giclee ink jet printers and water based inks, which are 100% non-hazardous, toxin free and vegan. The paper is 280gsm gloss paper and comes with a brown kraft envelope, all from sustainably managed forests and vegan. Each card is packed in a clear biodegradable protective OPP bag before the whole order is put in its final outer pakaging.

Cards and envelopes are presented loose in protective wrapping like you would find in a shop. They are not meant for the final recipient, please bear that in mind when selecting your delivery address. After an order is received or a proof is approved by you cards usually take up to 48 hours to produce. They are then shipped by free delivery, arriving within 72 hours.
Historically, a palimpsest is a manuscript on parchment, with writing that has been erased or partially erased to make way for new writing on top. The previous layers of text are often visible or if hidden made visible by using modern methods such as ultraviolet light. Taking the concept of a palimpsest as inspiration, this series of cards use a personal message to create a layering of text that becomes a unique abstract image. The true meaning is a great talking point, a challenge to decypher or a secret between people.
