If the item is damaged or there is an error of our making then the item can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from date of delivery. Accidents and errors do happen so get in touch at kaspar@cypherprintworks.com with your order number, a description of what happened and a photo of the damage, so don't throw anything away. Please read our Returns Policy first. As personalised products our prints are not otherwise able to be cancelled, exchanged or refunded and are treated with no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Distance Sales Regulations. It may be possible to cancel an order before it hits production so get in touch as quickly as you can but be aware our prints are personalised products made to order and once in production can't be cancelled or refunded.

Step 1. Purchase print - if a design proof is selected this will usually be emailed with 48 hours so please allow for this in the expected delivery date.
Step 2. Approve proof if selected - design adjusted if required, applies to size and position of coded message only.
Step 3. Order sent for printing.
Step 4. Dispatched for delivery - free delivery on all orders.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive after placing it.
