It is made of 100% cotton, is acid free and of museum quality for age resistance. You can choose to have your personalised wall art framed if you require, in either Natural, Black or White finishes with a glass glaze. The frames are made of quality wood from sustainable sources and come with fixings to allow you to hang it on a wall. Choose from the cyphers in the series: Palimpsest, Mirror Writing, what3words, Binary Code or Bar Code. Then have your personal message printed in code. Your message could be a saying or quote, a location or something else meaningful to you. As a general guide a message length of between 10 characters up to a couple of sentences makes for both an interesting image and a challenge for the viewer to decypher. The layout of each coded message is not an automated process, so the sizing and spacing of the cypher used is adjusted by eye to suit the length of the message, this keeps things looking pleasing. You can opt to have a QR code added to your print so it can be scanned by a mobile device and the message or location revealed to the viewer.
Each print has a brief description about the cypher used in that series. It provides the viewer with some context and gives the print further interest. A QR code can also be added beside this description which when scanned by a mobile device allows the decoded message or location to be revealed.
The Order Process
Step 1. Purchase print - if a design proof is selected this will usually be emailed with 48 hours.
Step 2. Approve proof if selected - design adjusted if required, applies to size and position of coded message only.
Step 3. Order sent for printing - personalised prints can take up to 72 hours and greetings cards can take up to 48 hours to produce.
Step 4. Dispatched for delivery - free delivery on all orders, usually delivered within 72 hours from dispatch.

How can I personalise my message?
The choice really is yours but it could be a saying, a location, a joke or perhaps a question. Make it something that means a lot to you or to the person you are gifting the print to. Remember, beyond being just an intriguing image there is an element of interactivity to these wall art prints and greetings cards as the viewer can always try and decode what they mean. If you choose to include a QR code the viewer can read the decoded message or map location on their mobile device, creating a whole personalised experience.
Can I see a proof of my personalised print before receiving it?
Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase and offer this option for an additional £1.00. Just select Yes from the Email Proof option on the order page and you should receive an email of your design within 48 hours of ordering. Please allow for this in your expected delivery date. If approved by you the order will then be sent for final printing. If you are unhappy with the proof then reply to the email with your comments and we will adjust the proof for your further approval. PLEASE NOTE that any design changes only apply to the size and position of the coded message part of the print. Custom design work is not available at present.
Can I send prints as a gift to someone?
Yes, during checkout just specify that the shipping address is different to the billing address, adding the address of who you want to send it to in the shipping address details. PLEASE NOTE that greetings cards are not intended for the final recipient as the card and envelope are loose and packed in a protective bag like you would find in a shop. There is no option for gift wrapping. All products ship without an invoice. Always order in good time if you must have prints by a certain date, our delivery dates are estimates only and not a guarantee.

Are your products environmentally friendly?
All our print products are printed using water based inks which are 100% non-hazardous, toxin free and vegan. The paper our wall art prints and greetings cards use is from sustainably managed forests and is vegan. All unframed art prints ship in cardboard tubes with paper based recycled and recyclable Ecocap ends. Framed wall art prints are made from wood which is also from sustainably managed forests with a glass glaze. They ship in cardboard boxes and internal protective packaging, which we are aware needs to be made more environmentally friendly, so please recycle or reuse wherever possible. All prints are printed on demand in the UK.
How do I scan the QR code on my personalised print?
Most of our print products require the device or app to be set so the QR code is scanned for reading text. You will need a smart phone or other mobile device. Either, download a trusted and reputable QR code scanning app from your device's app store. Or, use your device's camera to scan the QR code. Not all cameras are set up the same to scan QR codes and it varies from model to model and platform used. We can't troubleshoot for all these and would recommend using a trusted app instead if you are having difficulties. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If the item is damaged or there is an error of our making then the item can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from date of delivery. Accidents and errors do happen so get in touch at kaspar@cypherprintworks.com with your order number, a description of what happened and a photo of the damage, so don't throw anything away. Please read our Returns Policy first. As personalised products our prints are not otherwise able to be cancelled, exchanged or refunded and are treated with no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Distance Sales Regulations . It may be possible to cancel an order before it hits production so get in touch as quickly as you can but be aware our prints are personalised products made to order and once in production can't be cancelled or refunded.
