Where do you deliver to?

We are a UK based business and deliver throughout the UK. We do not deliver abroad at present, though this may change so sign up for our newsletter to hear about this and other news. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders include delivery at no extra cost.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you have selected to receive a digital proof of your design please allow for this additional time in the expected delivery schedule. Proofs are emailed within 48 hours of your order being received. Once approved by you the order and orders without proofs will follow the timelines below.

Wall art prints usually take up to 72 hours to produce. They are then shipped with free delivery and usually arrive within 48 hours.

Greetings cards usually take up to 48 hours to produce. They are then shipped with free delivery and usually arrive within 72 hours.

Please order in good time for prints you must have by a certain date as our delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee.

Can I track my order?

All wall art print orders ship with tracked free delivery. An email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order ships.

How is my order packaged?

Unframed prints ship hand rolled in tissue paper inside cardboard tubes with recycled and recyclable Ecocaps.

Framed prints are delivered with cardboard corner guards and all fully bubble wrapped inside a heavy duty cardboard box.

Greetings cards with envelopes ship loose in a clear protective bag and shipped in a final envelope with free delivery.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Accidents do happen so if the item is damaged or there is an error of our making then the item can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from date of delivery. Please read our Returns Policy first to find out what to do and our policies.

Can I return my print?

If the item is damaged or there is an error of our making then the item can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from date of delivery. Please read our Returns Policy first. However, as personalised products our prints and greetings cards are not otherwise able to be cancelled, exchanged or refunded and are treated with no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Distance Sales Regulations.
