RETURNS POLICY

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or there is an error of our making then the item can be replaced or refunded within 30 days from date of delivery. Accidents and errors do happen so get in touch at kaspar@cypherprintworks.com with your order number, a description of what happened and a photo of the damage, so don't throw anything away.

As personalised products our prints are not otherwise able to be cancelled, exchanged or refunded and are treated with no right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Distance Sales Regulations. See also our Terms and Conditions.

It may be possible to cancel an order before it hits production so get in touch as quickly as you can but be aware our prints are personalised products made to order and once in production can't be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
