Your message or location will be used as it is written, so please carefully check it for errors because as a personalised product it is not possible to return it unless the mistake is ours or it arrives damaged.

Background Print Colours:

Prints are printed using Giclee ink jet printers and water based inks, which are 100% non-hazardous, toxin free and vegan. The paper is Hahneumuhle Photo Rag 308gsm from sustainably managed forests and is vegan. It is made of 100% cotton, is acid free and of museum quality for age resistance.

However, if you have requested an Email Proof of your design please allow for this extra time in the expected delivery date. Proofs are usually emailed within 48 hours of receiving your order. After we get your final approval, printing and delivery will follow.

Prints are delivered hand rolled in tissue paper in thick cardboard tubes with paper based recycled and recyclable Ecocap ends.
